Deputy District Education Officer Visited Primary Teachers’ Training
Hoshiarpur (CDT NEWS ): The Deputy District Education Officer (Elementary Education), Sukhwinder Singh, recently visited the ongoing training sessions for primary school teachers at Block Lachowal, Kangmai, and Mastiwal. During his visit, he carefully reviewed the training process and interacted with the teachers, encouraging them to adopt new teaching-learning techniques.
Sukhwinder Singh emphasized the importance of time management and highlighted that adopting modern teaching techniques is crucial for delivering quality education in today’s era. He stated that teachers could make the learning process more engaging and effective by incorporating new teaching methodologies and technological tools.
He motivated teachers to implement the methods learned during training in their schools and focus on increasing student participation. On this occasion, he also appreciated some teachers who were proactively adopting innovative teaching methods.
Resource persons and other education department officials were also present during the training. They addressed teachers’ queries and provided suggestions for improving their teaching approaches.
This visit inspired teachers to embrace the latest teaching methodologies and strengthened their enthusiasm for enhancing their teaching skills.
