Sanyam Aggarwal Takes Charge as New Deputy Commissioner
Pathankot, July 31 (Rajinder Singh Rajan Bureau Chief) Mr. Sanyam Agarwal, a 2012 batch IAS officer, on Friday assumed charge as the new Deputy Commissioner of Pathankot.

On arrival at the District Administrative Complex this morning, the Deputy Commissioner rook guard of honor from Punjab Police and was received warmly by the officers of District Administration. After taking charge, Agarwal also reviews the status of programmes and policies of state Government in Pathankot.

It may be recalled that earlier Mr. Sanyam Aggarwal was served as CEO Smart City Ludhiana, Additional Municipal Commissioner Ludhiana, ADC Mansa, SDM Khanna and SDM Chamkaur Sahib.

The Deputy Commissioner was the Nodal Officer at Ludhiana for COVID-19 pandemic. He also discussed the COVID situation in Pathankot with the health officials and asked them to get the prescribed direction implemented in letter and spirit.




Pertinently, the previous Deputy Commissioner Pathankot Gurpreet Singh Khaira has been posted as Deputy Commissioner Amritsar.
