Patiala : Patiala police has cracked the mystery of the sensational murder of former Swaran Singh who was shot dead near Rajpura last month. Swaran Singh was the father -in-law of Punjab IAS Varun Roojam.
The police found that it was a contract killing.Main conspirator property dealer Jagtar Singh hired contract killers from Haryana to eliminate Swarn Singh. Three including Jagtar Singh & two from Haryana arrested.
