Punjab government declares list of 2823 candidates under recruitment against 3704 master cadre posts: Vijay Inder Singla

Punjab School Education Minister Mr. Vijay Inder Singla said that the Education Department, under the visionary stewardship of the Chief Minister Captain Amarinder Singh, has been striving hard to bring in qualitative improvement in school education as well as generating employment avenues for the educated youth. The School Education Minister, Vijay Inder Singla said that that the Education Recruitment Board, under the aegis of the Education Department, has released a list of as many as 2,823 candidates, who have been selected for recruitment against the 3,704 master cadre posts in the government schools. Mr. Singla and Secretary School Education Krishan Kumar also congratulated the selected candidates.
Divulging details, Mr. Vijay Inder Singla said that the Education Department had not only been keen to make up for the shortage of teachers in government schools to provide quality education facilities to the students belonging to underprivileged sections of the society but had also made elaborate arrangements to ensure transparency at each and every level the recruitment process.
The list of 2823 eligible candidates for the recruitment under 3704 Master Cadre posts has been released after scrutiny conducted from January 27 to February 2. The list has been uploaded on the department website : https:// educationrecruitmentboard,.com The remaining candidates would be invited for scrutiny soon. Earlier, the written examination in the subjects of Punjabi, Hindi, English on December 27 and 28 last year and the written examination in the subjects of Mathematics, Science and Social studies was conducted on January 9 and 10 this year under strict arrangements to check the malpractices like copying and impersonation.
