16.63 crores to civil hospital for Critical Care Unit will enhance health services – Dr. Raj Kumar

It is my aim that every person in my constituency should have access to better health services and that no needy sick person should be deprived of getting medical help, and I am making every effort to fulfill it.

Hoshiarpur MP Dr. Raj Kumar Chabbewal expressed this view and informed that a grant of Rs. 16.63 crores has been released to the Civil Hospital of Hoshiarpur. With this grant, a 50-bed Critical Care Block will be built in the Civil Hospital. The Critical Care Block will make a special contribution in further improving the health services being provided by the Civil Hospital to the general public. Critical patients will be provided high-level treatment in the Civil Hospital itself, for which earlier they had to go to private hospitals.

On this occasion, Dr. Raj said that it will take some time to get this critical care unit ready but with its construction, a new chapter will be added in the upgradation of the Civil Hospital. He also said that he will continue to work to set a new example in the health sector for the people of his Parliamentary constituency Hoshiarpur.
